QRFLEX / PRIVACY
Useful insights. Less tracking.
How Qrflex handles scan analytics, account information and public destinations.
Scan analytics without cookies by default
Qrflex records scan activity to help workspace owners understand their physical touchpoints. Data can include timestamps, approximate geography, device or browser information, and the selected destination or rule. A scan is not a verified identity or conversion.
Accounts and workspaces
Signing in uses the configured identity provider. Your account and workspace membership let Qrflex determine which resources you can access and what actions you can perform.
Public destinations
Opening a SmartLink can take you to another website with its own privacy practices. Files published as destinations can be accessed through their public links. Workspace owners should only publish content intended for those visitors.
Retention and requests
Scan history and account data serve different purposes and have different retention requirements. The current analytics provider retains events for three months. Archiving a link is not a request to delete account data. The production privacy contact and complete legal policy are pending launch review.
This product overview is not the final legal privacy policy. The legal entity, request channel and complete launch policy still need to be confirmed.
